Richard and Judy Earl started Quality Glass after leaving their 9-to-5 jobs to build a company around a simple standard: do the work right and take care of the customer. When they retired in 2015, Aaron Pickett carried that standard forward.
That continuity matters. It is why the team can move comfortably between a family vehicle, a semi tractor, a piece of heavy equipment, and the glass in a commercial space — with the same patience and accountability each time.
